Sports Express®, LLC acknowledges the importance of protecting the privacy of SportsExpress.com users. The information we collect is used to improve the services we, our subsidiaries and partners offer, to improve our Web site's content, and, with your permission, to contact you with updates to our web site or other marketing information.

Certain areas of SportsExpress.com, presently require or will require registration or a password for access. Information obtained from registered users of these areas may also be used by Sports Express and it partners for marketing purposes, and session (temporary) cookies may be used in those and other areas, as is described in this policy. The SportsExpress.com Web server uses an extended log file format which captures: date and time of visit, referral address (location from which a visitor comes to SportsExpress.com), type of Internet browser, and visitor’s IP address. (Each computer that connects to the Internet is assigned a unique number, an IP Address, for identification purposes). The log file does not capture a visitor's email address.

There is currently one area of SportsExpress.com which asks for personal information. It is: Start an Order. This list may be expanded without notice. In the event that it is expanded additional information may be required. In these areas, your name, address, email address, billing information, and contact information are requested. This information is collected to help us further develop our services, to provide you access to valuable Sports Express Internet-based information and services, and to bill you for those services if you elect to use them. In addition, when users register for Sports Express, we collect and analyze Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream. We analyze the site navigation of users in order to improve the SportsExpress.com site experience.

Parts of SportsExpress.com, such as Related Links, consist of products and services hosted by third party businesses. When you leave SportsExpress.com to visit one of these sites, the only information transferred to the third party is the fact that you came from SportsExpress.com (the referral address). This practice allows the third party to monitor its own Web site traffic, but does not provide them with any information about you. Sports Express is not responsible or liable for the independent privacy policies of our third party sites. In order to create a profile, book travel schedules and purchase products on the Sports Express web site you need to have session cookies enabled on your web browser. Session cookies are enabled by default. Unless you have purposefully disabled session cookies you probably won't need to make changes to your current configuration. For more information on how to enable session cookies, click here. Session cookies allow us to associate your travel and product selections with your specific browser session. Unlike permanent cookies, session cookies expire when you close your browser. Sports Express does not write permanent cookies to your hard drive.

A cookie is a series of data characters that, when programmed into a Web site, is placed by the Web Server into the browser's application folder on your computer. Once placed onto your machine, the cookie will allow the Web site to "recognize" you as a unique individual. Session cookies are temporary in nature and are deleted from your hard drive when you leave the website. Permanent cookies remain on your hard drive when you leave the website.

The first is to provide Sports Express with the capability to personalize information for certain segments of its customer base.
